Pre Placement Health Assessment On the NER Portal Can only be processed if uploaded on same Involves General Health Questionnaire Epilepsy, Type 1 Diabetes, Mental Health, Pregnancy. Musculoskeletal may suggest workplace adjustments EPP clearance Involves complete Hepatitis B immunisation and confirmatory serology showing antibodies > 100 TB clearance If arriving from a country with a high prevalence of TB i.e. 40 cases per 100,000 population a CXR is required. We will offer IGRA (Quantiferon) to rule out LTBI
