About Us NTDI NPC was established in 2020 and serves as a private training institution. non profit company (NPC) and is in process of obtaining its tax exemption certificate from South Africa Revenue Services (SARS). We are empowered by Ntlantsana Accountants & Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd, with eight (8) years of reputable experience in the accounting and advisory services. NTDI (NPO) is registered with QCTO and in process of being accredited by Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), Department of Higher Education (DHET), and also with all the relevant services setas such as Insurance, Bank, and Finance and Accounting Services Sector Education and Training Authority (FASSET) to mention but few. The organisation is a Our objective is to provide practical training and knowledge for a professional level of competency. We have facilitators, assessors, and internal moderators in house also external facilitators, assessors and moderators externally. Our aim is to have an institution with its own building premises and to have full- time lecturers, assessors, and moderators. NTDI NPC are well qualified and hold relevant qualifications. Part-time lecturers assist NTDI NPC as required. NTDI NPC s training courses are designed to deliver maximum benefits in the key areas of today s business world. We are motivated by the continuity of our relationships with our school leaver students and corporate clients.   5. About Us Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr Simphiwe Ntlantsana is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organisation. He is a qualified and certified practicing accountant, tax practitioner, facilitator and an assessors for skills development. He is a graduate from various institutions, including the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), University of the Western Cape (UWC), University of Stellenbosch (USB), Witwatersrand University University. He is a family man, married and spend most of his time with his family. (WITS) and Tsiba 3 Since 2020

  6. Marketing & Communications Director Mrs Ntombentsha Ntlantsana is the marketing & Communications organisation. She is a qualified marketer with National Diploma in Marketing Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and also is an accredited computer technician with a certificate from Mcita. She has experience within the retail industry, worked for Woolworths, Foschini and later with M-web as a technical support for few years before joining Ntlantsana Accountants & Advisory Services in 2016.   7. About Us Chief Operations Officer (COO) Ms Zizipho Ntlantsana is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the organisation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and Investments and is currently enrolled for a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at the University of the Western Cape. She is the youngest director of the organisation and she brings in fresh knowledge, ideas and passion needed for the organisation and her role will also include youth development in the special projects department. 3 Since 2020

  8. About Us Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mr Andile Ntlantsana is the Chief Financial Officer of the organisation. He has a degree in Internal Auditing from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and later completed his degree at Walter Sisulu University (WSU). He further completed his Bachelor in Computer Science B.Compt at University of South Africa. He is has extensive experience in the retail and health sector, holding various positions within the financial and management accounting. He is a family man and is the person entrusted with the organisation financial accounting and management functions. 3 Since 2020

About Us Branch Operations Manager (BOM) Ms Gcobisa Mavango is our Branch Operations Manager and she has worked her way up at Ntlantsana Accountants & Advisory services where she started as an internship student. She has completed her studies, from Esayidi TVET College. She has a passion and drive to work with team members, she is a team player and has the ability to train, supervise and manage the branches while at Ntlantsana Accountants & Advisory Services (PTY) Ltd. Ms Mavango is entrusted with the branch operations of the organisation and also is our internal trainer in the area of bookkeeping, accounting, taxation and other related areas. 3 Since 2020

Human Resource Management Manager (HRM) Ms Nomaphelo Gozongo is our organisation Human Resource Manager, started at Ntlantsana Accountants & Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd as an internship student. About Us She is currently studying and completing her Human Resource Management Diploma at Northlink TVET College. She has manged to convince everyone that she may lead the organisation in all human resource management aspects. She has a passion of working with people, motivating her team and ensure that policies and procedures of the organisation are adhered to at all times. About Us Huma Resource Development Manager (HRD) Ms Nwabisa Sokoyi is our organisation Human Resource Development, started at Ntlantsana Accountants & Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd as a business consultant. She has a National Diploma in Financial Accounting from Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and also Human Resource Management certificate. Also, she is a facilitator, assessor and a moderator. She has manged to convince everyone that she may lead the organisation in all human resource development aspects.
