The 21st CCLC Grant provides for both a summer and school year
program. The school year program, which operates four days per week,
from 3:15-6:00 pm, offers a diverse array of activities. These activities
include academics, social and emotional learning, character education,
recreation, cultural and artistic classes, youth development activities, and
literacy related activities for families.
The  After School Program at our school is made available through the Nita M.
Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant (21st CCLC). This federal
grant provides high-quality academic enrichment opportunities for students. In
addition, the program provides family members engagement in helping children
succeed academically.
Provide opportunities for academic enrichment activities during non-school
hours or periods when school is not in session. Offer families opportunities for
active and meaningful engagement in their child’s education, including
opportunities for literacy and related educational development.
