  1. What has COVID-19 impacted? Trauma an incident that causes physical, emotional, spiritual or physiological harm This includes how we make food choices and how we feel in our bodies! Have your thoughts about food decisions become more difficult? What are thoughts and perceptions about your body right now? How are you experiencing and moving your body during this time?

  2. What can you learn/observe during this time? To be more restrictive, limiting, worried, anxious, fearful, stressed OR To be more aware, in-tune with ourselves Pay attention to your emotions and body cues Are you hungry? Are you bored? Are you sad or lonely? Are you full? Do you connect with the messages that your body sends you?

  3. How can you use this time for the BETTER? Practice being present and mindful. There is nothing you NEED to do other than what makes sense to you. What are the messages that you are taking in? What can you focus on that brings you joy (without external influences)? Emotional eating is OK AND NORMAL!
