Cofnod Dysgu Proffesiynol Applying(Completion of supporting documents) All application forms and supporting documents must be submitted to your local consortium by 1pm 18/09/2020. You will need to submit the following documents;- Application Form. LSR LET Career Profile Professional Learning Record

Cyflwyno cais (Cwblhaur ASA) Dylech gyflawni hunan-adolygiad yn erbyn y Safonau Arweinyddiaeth, gan gofnodi eich cryfderau a meysydd i w datblygu yn yr ASA Dylech drafod eich ASA gyda'ch Pennaeth, fydd yn eich cynorthwyo i werthuso eich ymarfer proffesiynol yn erbyn y Safonau Arweinyddiaeth Ffurfiol ac i adnabod cyfleoedd i fynd i r afael ch meysydd datblygu Applying (Completion of LSR) You need to undertake a self-review against the Leadership Standards, recording your development in the LSR You need to discuss your LSR with your Headteacher who will assist you to evaluate your professional practice against the Formal Leadership Standards and identify opportunities to address your areas for development strengths and areas for

Dewiswch un maes yr ydych wedi bod yn gyfrifol amdano a rhoddwch ystyriaeth i r cwestiynau canlynol: Sut wnaethoch chi ymgyfarwyddo r ymchwil diweddaraf mewn perthynas r maes gwaith hwn? Pa gynlluniau wnaethoch chi weithredu i sicrhau llwyddiant? Pa ddulliau arweinyddiaeth gwahanol wnaethoch chi ddefnyddio? Sut mae eich sgiliau arweinyddiaeth wedi datblygu o ganlyniad i r profiad hwn? Adroddwch ar eich myfyrdod yn y templed TPA a ddarparwyd. Leadership Experience Task (LET) Reflect on those opportunities you have had to lead the whole school. Choose one area for which you had responsibility and consider the following questions: How did you familiarise yourself with the latest research regarding this area of work? What plans did you undertake to ensure success? Which different leadership styles did you practice? How did you secure the commitment of others? How have your leadership skills developed as a result of this experience? Provide an account of your reflection in the LET template provided.

Cyflwyno cais (Sicrhau cefnogaeth ar gyfer y cais) Dim ond ymgeiswyr gyda chyfrifoldebau rheoli uwch ac sy n cael effaith arwyddocaol ar wella ysgol gyfan y dylai eich Pennaeth gefnogi Rydym yn cynghori pob darpar ymgeisydd i hysbysu r ALl mor fuan phosib o u bwriad i wneud cais am y CPCP Mewn achos lle nad yw ymgeisydd mewn lleoliad arferol, trafodwch gyda ch cydlynydd rhanbarthol os gwelwch yn dda Applying (Securing support for application) Your Headteacher should only support candidates with senior management responsibilities that have a significant impact on whole school improvement We advise all prospective candidates to notify their LA of their intention to apply for NPQH as early as possible Where a candidate is not in a standard setting please discuss this with your regional coordinator

Cyflwyno cais (Ardystio) Os bydd eich Pennaeth yn cytuno eich bod yn cwrdd r meini prawf ardystio a bod prifathrawiaeth yn gam nesaf realistig i chi, yna bydd yn ardystio r ddogfennaeth briodol. Dylech gyflwyno r ddogfennaeth briodol erbyn 1yp ar y dyddiad cytunedig. Bydd y consortiwm yn trefnu i Swyddog Ardystio r Awdurdod Lleol ystyried y cais ac i wneud argymhelliad Applying (Endorsement) Should your headteacher agree that you meet the endorsement criteria and are at a stage where headship is a realistic next step then he/she will endorse the appropriate documentation. You should submit the appropriate documentation before 1pm on the agreed date. The consortium will arrange for the LA Endorsing Officer to consider the application and make a recommendation.

Hysbysiad Rhoddir gwybod i bob ymgeisydd am ganlyniad ei gais / ei chais Yn dilyn argymhelliad y Swyddog Ardystio, hysbysir yr ymgeiswyr o u Hyfforddwr Arweinyddiaeth ac o ddyddiadau terfynol y Rhaglen Asesu CPCP Notification All applicants are notified of the outcome of their application Following the recommendation of the Endorsing Officer, candidates are notified of their Leadership Coach and the final dates of the NPQH Assessment Programme

Candidates will work with a Leadership Coach to review and evaluate their Leadership Standards Review, Leadership Experience Task and receive support as they prepare for the formal Assessment

Cofnod Dysgu Proffesiynol Assessment Evidence from interview is to assure the panel that each candidate meets the Professional Standards and is a credible candidate for headship. Candidates must re-submit their documents prior to the Assessment Centre by the agreed date of 1pm 14/01/2021 1. Leadership Standards Review 2. Leadership Experience Task 3. A summary Career Profile 4. Professional Learning Record

  17. Canolfan Asesu ( diwrnod) Bydd y Ganolfan Asesu yn cynnwys 2 gyfweliad gan yr un panel, gydag egwyl ar gyfer lluniaeth. Mae gan bob panel 2 aelod a chadeirydd. Cyfweliad 1 : Cyfweliad proffesiynol, gan gynnwys cyflwyniad ar 'Pam yr wyf yn barod am Brifathrawiaeth Cyfweliad 2 : Medrusrwydd Proffesiynol, yn cynnwys cyflwyniad ar 'Fy Nhasg Profiad Arweinyddiaeth yr hyn yr wyf wedi ei ddysgu am arweinyddiaeth . Assessment Centre ( day) Candidates will have 2 interviews by the same panel, with an interval for refreshments. Each panel has 2 members and a panel chair.
