Nasreddin Hodja and The Moon Falling into the Well
On a summer night when the weather was very nice, Nasreddin Hodja decided to draw water from the well in the garden. Taking the bucket of water in his hand, he went to the well in his garden, and just as he was about to drop the bucket into the well, he saw the Moon in the well:
Ooohhh! He started to worry that the Moon had fallen into the well, and soon he was thinking about how to get the Moon out of the well. At that moment, he thought of the bucket in his hand and decided to take out the Moon with his bucket.
Holding the rope of the bucket tightly, he hung the bucket in the well, and started pulling the bucket as soon as it was filled with water. Nasreddin Hodja, who couldn't pull the bucket, even though he wanted to pull the bucket, when the bucket, which was heavy with water, got stuck on the wall of the well.
He was covered in sweat, and he attributed the reason why he couldn't pull the bucket up to the heavy weight of the Moon and continued to pull the bucket up without giving up.
However, the rope was hung so strongly that the rope suddenly cut off, and Nasreddin Hodja fell on his back with the force of pulling the rope. Nasreddin Hodja opened his eyes. He was laying on the ground and saw the moon shining brightly in the sky.
Ohh, thanks god I worked hard and got pretty tired, but I finally managed to get the moon out of the well. This job was worth all my tiredness and falling. said.
