This project focuses on analyzing and improving the hardwood supply chain network using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Sebastian Kühle from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, presents a comprehensive approach including Voice of Customer, House of Quality, and Multi-Step Approach to optimize the quality parameters and customer relevance.
