Disclosure of Financial Support This program has received financial support from AMOSO in the form of an AFP Innovation Fund Educational Grant. Potential for conflict(s) of interest: Dr. Eric Wong (Scientific Planning Committee Member) has received honoraria from Bayer Canada for real-life role play training in 2018 and 2019. He was also a member of the Advisory Board for Bayer Canada in 2018. Dr. Eric Wong has also acted as an assessor for the CPSO, Academic Consultant and Teacher for Touchstone Institute, and Medical Director for Thames Valley Family Health Team
Mitigating Potential Bias Conflict of interest disclosure forms were collected as early as possible within the planning process and disseminated to the Scientific Planning Committee. Therapeutic recommendations for medications will not be a part of this course. Exclusivity and branding for therapeutic options will not be reflected in this course. Sponsors were not involved in the planning, development or delivery of this course.
