Prioritize Urgent Not Urgent Decide What are your primary focal goals? Do Today Important Important non-urgent tasks that should be scheduled before becoming urgent. Important & urgent tasks that need immediate completion. Create a Plan Not Important Delegate/Defer Not important but urgent. Can someone else handle this for you? Can this be put off until a later time? Delete Not important or urgent. This means you shouldn t be doing it.
Set Boundaries Syllabus Email Clause Email Etiquette: The best method of contacting me is through the email address listed at the top of this syllabus. Please adhere to these email etiquette guidelines: (1) indicate the course and section in the subject line (2) provide a subject (e.g., PSY 361- 01 Syllabus Question), (3) do notsubmit assignments via email at any time, and (4) reserve grade discussions for office hours. I will not respond to email correspondence that fails to meet the above qualifications (i.e., 1, 2, 3, & 4). Temporal Physical Behavioral Communication Personal Email Clause **This email account adheres to healthy email practices. Email is checked once daily (Monday-Friday).
