AMBASSADORS OVERVIEW The Malcolm Arnold Academy Ambassadors Programme involves representing a specific area/subject of the school, with the responsibility of leading projects to promote and increase participation around the school. Ambassadors will also have the responsibility of developing links with the local community such as local businesses, community groups and primary schools

  3. Health and Well Being Ambassadors FAITH AND CULTURE AMBASSADORS

  4. ROLE PURPOSE To act as a lead student in the ambassador group for the student body of Malcolm Arnold Academy whilst demonstrating positive behaviours and acting as role models for all students throughout the academy. Examples of Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility as role models and helping to ensure that the academy is a safe and secure place for all students. 1. Support at Open Evenings in a relevant department and take responsibility for new ideas and events within your specialism 2. Carry out additional duties as asked by relevant staff in relation to your specialism 3.

  5. EXPECTATIONS OF AN MAA AMBASSADOR Ambassadors will need to have the ability to work productively with others, whilst using their initiative and originality to contribute to the positive ethos of the academy. Ambassadors will need to be organised, responsible, enthusiastic, and a great ambassador for the academy. Ambassadors must maintain excellent behaviour, uniform, attendance and punctuality. Ambassadors must ensure that they check their academy email on a regular basis for communications.

  6. BENEFITS OF BEING AN AMBASSADOR You will get to be involved in developing new ideas for the academy, including planning of activities and events It will help you develop new relationships with other students in the academy It will help to develop your skills as a leader You will receive a MAA Ambassadors badge for your blazer
