  2. 1. A invited B to watch an IPL match between MI and CSK in Mumbai. B accepted the offer but A did not turn up at the venue. Can B file a suit against A? 2. X a coolie in uniform carries y s luggage without being asked. In fact Y did not object to the same. Is Y bound to pay? 3. C offers to sell D his watch at a certain price. Both of them agree orally. Does a contract comes into existence? 4. S promises to give a gift to T on her birthday. Later, she does not give the gift. Can T file a suit against S?

  3. 5) A person( employee) is made to enter into an agreement by B( employer) to sell his land worth Rs 10 Lakhs at Rs. 1 lakh. B, further threatens A that if he does not do so, he will fire him out of the job. Thereafter, A signs the agreement. Is this a valid contract? 6) X promises to pay Y Rs 10,000 for beating Z. Is it a valid contract? 7) S enters into an agreement with T to sell his house at chembur at Rs 1 crore. At the time of entering into an agreement S was under the influence of Alchohol. Next morning, S denies to sell the house? Is there a contract between S and T?

  4. 8) R promises T to bring the Taj Mahal from Agra to Mumbai as T has never seen Taj Mahal. T pays a sum of Rs. 1 lakh for the same. Later on, R does not bring Taj Mahal as promised. Can T file a suit against R? 9). M promises to pay Rs. 10,000 to N in case of a fire in N s shop. After a month , there was a fire in N s shop. Is M bound to pay the money to N? 10). R agrees to sell 1000 packets of cigarettes to Y after 3 months. Both of them enter into an agreement. After a month, purchase and sale of cigarettes was banned. Is the contract valid after three months?
