CANCELATION POLICY CANCELATION POLICY What happens if my son/daughter can no longer attend the trip? A total refund can be issued (minus the $100.00 deposit) until FEBRUARY 1, 2020. Trip insurance is offered through Worldwide Travel. This policy applies to any student who cancels the trip due to attendance or disciplinary ineligibility.
CANCELATION POLICY CANCELATION POLICY How do I ask for a refund? All refund requests must be put in writing! Email to Ms. Johnson at lsmith@neshaminy.k12.pa.us The Neshaminy School District is not responsible for student/parent refunds if, for some unforeseen reason beyond the district s control, student trips of any type are cancelled. District staff will work with trip organizers in an attempt to obtain refunds and/or to re-schedule trips.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS OTHER CONSIDERATIONS There will be 4 students to a room. Rooms that choose to have less will be charged more money. Rooms forced to have less due to numbers will not. Males and Females cannot room together. Room and Bus sign-ups will occur in February 2016.

Administration reserves the right to exclude any student from the class trip based on previous disciplinary problems

Destruction of material or property Breaking real world rules could lead to real world consequences. Students are subject to adult supervision at any time on trip. Male / Female Chaperones Failure to comply could lead to removal from trip. Parent/guardian pick-up
