DOSS is a philanthropist & Co-founder of the VIVA STARFISH PROJECT and the CEO-Futurist for VIVA CITY GLOBAL which have been involved with Drug Rehab Centres, homeless and educating underprivileged youths since 2001. His involvement with rehab centres started back in 1997 as part of the integration program through sports and has been creating businesses that gives opportunities to this special crowd. He is also a motivational speaker and facilitator for various youth and entrepreneurial development programs nationwide. He has inspired many youths in his quest to empower the younger generation to rise up and maximise their potential and contribute towards self-development and for the community with sustainable projects through social entrepreneurship. His passion to serve the marginalised communities enabled him to receive the highest honour as the recipient of the Star Golden Heart Award for 2016 and the STAR Malaysian National Influencer for Unity 2017. He has recently received the TOP OUTSTANDING YOUNG MALAYSIAN AWARD and now a nominee for TOP OUTSTANDING YOUNG PEOPLE WORLDWIDE He is also the Director of Viva Odyssey an international company that provide Safety consultancy for the Oil & Gas industry. He has received the title of best safety trainer in South East Asia by Shell Global and has been the QHSE, Training & People s Development Specialist for Renowned O&G companies like Shell, Transocean, Frontier Houston and SapuraKencana Drilling Doing Good Better!!!
