Declaration My Reefer is the reefer container tracking function that COSCO Shipping will launch soon. It is currently in the trial stage until another notification is officially announced for use. My Reefer is an integral function of elines.coscoshipping.com, and it is applicable to the terms of use of elines.coscoshipping.com. COSCO Shipping and elines.coscoshipping.com shall not be held liable for the errors and omissions of the data provided, including legal liability. Page 2
Register as a Certified User Please submit certified user registration request on elines.coscoshipping.com, after approved, you can login and access all the functions. Page 3
My Reefer on elines.coscoshipping.com Log in elines.coscoshipping.com, My Reefer function provides all the temperature, power on/off and location data, once booking with MR service. Page 4
Start your journey with My Reefer (Trial Version) When you are registered on elines.coscoshipping.com successfully, please give your ID to our customer service desk to apply the access as a trial user for My Reefer function. When you are confirmed as a trial user, you can ask for an IOT box when you start a reefer booking with our local office. Since only some of our reefer boxes are equipped with IOT device, your request for the IOT box will be satisfied only when there is enough equipment at the location you needed. You can start with My Reefer to trace your reefer booking only when it was confirmed with an IOT box. Page 5
What kind of value added service coming from MR? Customer s homepage, all the MR shipments in transit are listed. And also, the client can use Sear Reefer page to locate specific shipment or container. View MR Containers in transit View history MR Containers Data last updated time Set alert subscription for all containers View detail info or download data. Page 6
What kind of value added service coming from MR? Green indicate the latest temperature status is normal Red indicate the latest temperature status is abnormal Alert when temperature deviated from booking set point and last more than 2 hours. For chilled cargo (booking set point >= -5 C), supply air temperature is more than +/- 1.5 C from set point. For frozen cargo (booking set point < -5 C), return air temperature is more than + 1.5 C from set point. The alert will be closed when temperature returns to the1.5 C threshold from set point. Gray indicate no data in the previous 24 hours When the reefer container is loaded on the ship sailing on the ocean, the data cannot be timely transmitted to the MR platform, which will lead to the unavailable of the real-time data on the MR platform. During the voyage of the ship, our crew will check the temperature of the reefer container regularly, and eliminate problems in time. Please don t worry. When the ship arrives at the port, the temperature data of the MR reefer container on the ocean will be all transmitted to the MR platform for query. When the tracking status of the reefer container appears gray in land-transit, it may be caused by power failure. Page 7
