  16. Stream Crossing Replacement Trainings 2022 Initial Round - 3 trainings completed, 3 remaining - Each training has 6 sessions, 4 remote and 2 in person 2023 Plan - More trainings will be held - Length and format TBD based on feedback and discussion

  17. Staffing Changes at Center April 2022: Kathy Moir Retires after 20+ years with Center (Kathy will be here later to visit) June 2022: Amy Lee Pifer takes over Kathy s position July 2022: Mindi Suhy joins the Center (formerly a conference planner at the Penn Stater)

  19. Quality Assurance Quality Control QAQC Round 4 2nd Year (visits every county every three years) 15 completed so far in 2022 10 still scheduled through 2022 Why do we do QAQCs ? To make sure we get good projects on the ground To make sure funds are spent appropriately

  20. Projects and Spending CD Allocations FY 2022-23 Advances should have been received. Processed in early July (with few exceptions) Everyone should have received advances by now Let me know if you haven t 4th quarter replenishments have also been processed Spending will be something we will be watching closely this year because we are in the final year of our 5 year agreement.

  22. Projects and Spending 5-Year Agreement Establishes Program between SCC and each CD. Current 5-year agreement ends June 30, 2023. Built in extra year to spend funds, through June 30, 2024. New agreement is in the works.

  23. Projects and Spending Funding in current 5-year agreement must be spent out by June 30, 2024. Need to see another bump in 2024 Start planning now. 21 months to go . 2024

  24. Stream Crossing Policy and Standard Stream Crossing Policy and Standard Went into effect for contracts signed after July 1, 2023. Starting to work through first batch of projects under new standard. Will be some growing pains. Bear with us as we adapt as well.
