  2. New York was awesome but it was a lot different than I thought it would be. All the people who lived there seemed to be very angry all the time. And everywhere we went had a very strong smell and it usually wasn t pleasant. Also in the short time I was there I heard more honking then I have in my entire life. Other than that and all the rats it was truly an amazing city.

  3. MM M&M WORLD The first thing me and my sister wanted to do in New York was to go into M and M world. There were 2 floors and they sold anything from M and M s with your name on them to M and M plush toys ,coffee cups and candy dispensers. There were also several large M and M statues. Inside it smelled like when you first open a bag of chocolates, it smelled delicious. Yum!!

  4. Central Park rat Unlike the Museum of Natural History I thought Central Park looked very similar to how it does in most movies. The big trees and the recently cut green grass was the perfect place to have a picnic except for The rats they were everywhere. We were there for about 10 minutes and I counted 7 of them, they were as common as squirrels. Running around on the grass as people had there picnics or on the ground beside the benches people were sitting at. The people didn t even seem to notice or care. Central park was beautiful but I'm not in a rush to get back there.

  5. Subway The subway was like a dirty underground sky train. It was dark and smelled like an outhouse. It felt like every step you took echoed all the way through the long tunnel. But it was still pretty cool.

  6. Boat ride One of the mornings we went on the to see the circle line tour boat/ Statue of Liberty. Even though we had to wake up at 7:30 (4:30 Vancouver time)it was still really hot. Once we got moving and the wind was blowing against our hair and our hot skin it cooled down. The view of the city was amazing because you saw things you didn t see when your right underneath the buildings. And from the city the Statue of Liberty just looks like a small green speck instead of a beautiful and detailed statue.

  7. Things I didnt put in the slides Top of the rock Hunger Games exhibition The Mett Dylan s candy bar The MOMA Empire state building Museum of natural history The food
