This workshop showcased the development of a new approach to delivering services for individuals with complex needs. The purpose was to improve responsiveness and personalization in care for those with Learning Disabilities. The event highlighted key challenges, lessons learned, proposed future models, and a prototype for a responder network to enhance community support and safety using technology.

People from key areas where chosen to participate in this programme Vision - Provide a system that helps people to live in the community longer using technology based care. . 4

  5. Challenge The current model is not responsive or personalised enough to meet the needs of people with Learning Disabilities and complex needs currently in receipt of sleep overs. The response timeline would require to reduce considerably In order to address this the current service redesign is required. 5

Call for response will be sent to appropriate member of Community Network responder/responders according to the agreed Personalised Responder Plan.
