Innovative Business Plan for Terrestrial and Cislunar Exploration Technologies
Pioneering a unique approach using mass-manufactured NEO Scout CubeSats for space science data sales, this business plan involves various component manufacturers contributing sets of components for spacecraft manufacturing alongside import-export bank financing. The proposal includes valuable items contributed by partners and potential customers like NASA for long-term data sales and hosted payload services.

The use of mass manufactured NEO Scout CubeSat's to pioneer space science data sales Hypothesis and business plan; All of the component manufactures of the proposed deep space NEO scout pioneer the mass manufacture of 10 flight sets of components for 10 spacecraft At cost place their value and of the value of money through time (interest) sale the data for each spacecraft over ten years S or C corporation with shares equaling contributions from each partner from in kind equipment contributions
Import Export bank financing to those partners in difficulty with end items
Contributed items;10 flight sets from each contractor (A)(1)COTS NEA Imager, e.g. MSSS ECAM M-50, 10 flight sets contributed by Malin space flight s systems Value of 10 ECAM M-50,s ? Lessons learned by Malin in a first mass manufacturing experience? http://www.msss.com/brochures/c50.pdf Valued added and price? (A)(2) JPL Deep Space NanoSat Bus (based on INSPIRE) 10 flight sets built by a space act agreement? Or in house? JPL able and willing? If space act agreement which company? Customers; NASA as anchor tenant for data sales over a decade and hosted payload sales First Commercial NEO Scout to OSIRIS-Rex target image target and OSIRIS-Rex Second Commercial NEO Scout to ARM target, characterize the target for safe rotation rates before ARM launch third commercial NEO Scout to ARM target, visual of ARM during approach and capture Fourth commercial Scout with Mars Rover 2020, performs Phobos and Deimos reconnaissance
Sun Jammer contractor as future S corporation partner L.Garde incorporated http://www.lgarde.com/space-propulsion.php Has the potential to be a follow on S corporation partner for larger solar sails in future production lots with a larger solar sail
Each of these ten spacecraft sells data over a 10 to 12 year period; we are the Intelsat of deep space science And each spacecraft launches every year or every other year so NASA is billed accordingly Deep space CubeSat spacecraft are thought to cost $10 Million each, we believe mass producing copies of Lunar Scout could beat this price Lets assume $ 10 million per spacecraft as this is our profit over time 10 X 10 is $100 million our price If all spacecraft where in flight at the same time with payments billed over 10 years this would be a $10 million bill, But not all spacecraft would be in flight at the same time, the bill to the client would be less and spread over several decades. **** ****** this presents opportunity to us and the decadal survey community and the government, we could build flight sets 10 through 20 and add in small incremental improvements that get us closer to Sunjammer class inner solar system missions followed by deeper space
Data sales and hosted payload The S corporation partners would not mind more immediate cash flow in the form of hosted payloads or a split payment schedule we received some cash flow sooner then 10 to 12 years, after all the customer now saves on interest If a customer wants to buy the spacecraft up front we will oblige (ITAR states if its in space already?)
