Software to run a smart meter, based on a liquid BTU
equivalent and some sort of point of sale system to
individual customers and buildings.
Under the city streets there may be two or more coil
fields and at street intersections we need a valve
system that connects many coil fields together and
can be slaved together to serve one customer and/or
building or many customers and/or buildings. The
software program must be able to control this valve
system from multiple coil fields and multiple
customers.
The software must be able to communicate with
individual building monitoring systems.
