The Regenergy Frvi project is a 36-ha site for industrial symbiosis with BillerudKorsn s with a budget of 38m Greenhouse (10 ha) Shellfish farm (10 ha) Heat recycling CO2recycling Fr vi Stockholm Industry Partner: BillederudKorsn s AB (Fr vi site) One of Europe's largest producers of renewable packaging for food & beverage industry Pulp production >470,000 tons / year The mill has existed since the late 1800 s The Company employs approx. 640 people Fr vi site, Sweden: 36 ha construction site available for prawn production & greenhouse Local plan approved for industrial use, building permit expected in Q4 2021 Investment budget 38m 2 2

The partnership business model is the most sustainable, because it allows each partner to perform best Recycling energy, potentially several times, is an easy path to reduced climate damage Industrial symbiosis provides a lasting change (20 years calculated at Fr vi) Making use of low-grade heat (40-50 C) allows for great impact Industrial scale is needed to achieve climate goals The Integrator WA3RM specializes in project development The Operators of facilities using waste heat excel at their business, thus getting the most out of resources The Financiers are best at allocating capital The Anchor Industry remains focused on their core business 4
