Only registered pilots can participate in the group flight after reading and
accepting the rules of the event
Current covid rules to be kept (social distancing etc..)
Smoking is allowed only in the designated area at the of the forest near the
trash can
Engines may only be started in the “operating area” (outside the “protected
area”)
Take-off and landing can only take place from the designated area
Take-off can only take place with the permission of the start-marshal
In view of the large number of pilots, extra care must be taken to the air traffic
rules, to the predictable maneuvering and to the movement on the ground at
the take-off places

Intensive maneuvering (spiral dive, steep turns, acro etc..) is FORBIDDEN in the
airspace of the event!

Basically the “LEFT” circling and turning direction will be used in the airspace
of the event (but this may change due to the wind direction).

The turning
direction announced for the given day must be followed!
Approaching each other in the air within one wingspan is forbidden
Except in the direct airspace of the airport, it is forbidden to fly below 150
meters
You may only fly on a designated route, or in the direction of the landing
Low pass fly by is not allowed over the take-off and landing areas
During the free flights, the city of
Gödöllő
may only be approached above a
height of 300 meters
Airspace above the airfield: TMA 5 ; up to AGL 350 meters
Airspace from the edge of the airfield towards the city: TMA 3 ; 200-800
meters AGL
Avoid flying over groups of people and car parks
For safety reasons, we ask pilots not to take photos with hand-help cameras
during flight, but concentrate on flying
After take-off, you must immediately leave the airfield on the designated
route and connect to the route of the group flight
During the take-of for the group flight it is only allowed to make an emergency
landing behind matrix
In case of an emergency landing outside the airfield, call the specified security
telephone number for transportation
We look forward to seeing you!
