Noticed a lack of employee engagement in staff surveys or committees?
If you answered “yes” to any of these then this PD is for YOU!
What do we mean by “wellness”?
Before we look at the stress issues, what
do we mean when we talk about wellness?
What are the characteristics of a well
person?
Activity - 5 minutes
Count off by 4’s
In your group, create what a well person is to
you.
Use words, symbols, phrases, etc. 
Groups will share out - choose a reporter
