CPD or CPL? THAT IS THE QUESTION.
What is CPD and what are the goals? The purpose is to solve the learning issues of learners. Tom Sherrington, 2020
How do we help solve the learning issues that learners have? By diagnosing the issues as teaching professionals and matching the right idea to the need of the student How do we do this? By being effective life long learners.
CPD or CPL? THAT IS THE QUESTION.
Why CPL? Our students deserve the highest quality teaching, every day, every lesson. It is proven that the quality of teaching has the biggest impact on student outcomes (three times more progress for disadvantaged pupils). To ensure consistency- which not only supports learning, but makes your job easier. Satisfaction of being great!
