John has a PhD in Instructional Design for Online Learning through Capella University, and a Master s Degree in Training and Development from Drake University. John has 39 years of experience in Human Resources, Safety, and Training. He has been involved in Leadership Development for the last 11 years. John was awarded the C.M. Stanley Award for Excellence at HNI Corp., and Part-Time Instructor of the Year at Iowa Wesleyan College. John is a trained Mediator with the Quad Cities Mediation Service. He was the keynote speaker at the 2011 Boy Scout Recognition Dinner in Muscatine, Iowa. He is current Board Chair of the Musser Public Library Board of Trustees. John currently works with Doctor Charles Tauber in Croatia and serves on the Board of Directors for CWWPP designing courses for counselors who work with those affected by PTSD in Croatia. John A.
