IEEE Aerospace Electronic Systems President-Elect ISAC Initiative Update
Maria Sabrina Greco, the President-Elect of IEEE Aerospace Electronic Systems, presented updates on the Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC) initiative during the AESS Fall 2023 Board of Governors Meeting in Sydney, Australia. The objectives include launching the initiative, collaborating with other IEEE societies, forming a technical working group, and enhancing expertise in this field for military and civilian applications. Accomplishments so far include workshops and presentations on various ISAC topics. Future plans involve partnerships, workshops, lecture series, student competitions, and a summer school on ISAC.
