Read the given text carefully and answer the questions 5,6,7 and 8. Once a thirsty ant went to the bank of a river to quench its thirst. When it went close to water, it was carried away by the stream. Then it came at the point of drowning. There was a tall tree on the bank of the river. A dove was sitting on the tree. Suddenly it noticed the drowning ant. The felt pity on it. So it plucked a leaf of the tree. Then it let it fall into the stream close to the ant. The ant climbed onto it and floated in safety to the bank. The ant showed gratitude to the dove. A few days later a bird-hunter came and stood under the tree. He targeted his arrow at the dove. The dove was unaware of it. The ant was at the foot of the bird-hunter. The ant didn t waste time and it stung the hunter in the foot. In pain the hunter missed his aim. The dove flew away safely.
