What is a healthy lifestyle? O A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people's health and well-being O The ways to being healthy include healthy eating, physical activities, weight management, and stress management

Healthydiet O A healthy diet is a diet that helps to maintain or improve overall health. A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, macronutrients, micronutrients, and adequate calories
How to eat healthily? O Lots of fruit and vegetable O Eat more fish O Cut down on saturated fat and sugar O Eat less salt O Drink a lot of water O Eat more protein O Make it a lifestyle, not a diet
