Activity:
 
1.
Guide students in combining morphemes to make
words (orally or in writing).
2.
Discuss any changes in spelling or pronunciation
that  occur when combining morphemes.
3.
Discuss what the words mean.
4.
Form sentences using the new words (orally or in
writing).
 
NOTES:  Some matrices allow for words with more than
three morphemes (micro+bio+log+ist).
