Global Talents Online Programme Effective Communication on Multicultural Platform Start from 24th of October, 2020 AIMSAND OBJECTIVES This eight-week programme is designed for students who has ambition and vision to be global leader. The programme aims to create favorable conditions for international elites to become "world leaders" based on our integration platform of traditional and international business concepts. The programme is PBL (project-based learning) with supervision. Through eight-week intensive online learning courses, students will actively cultivate intercultural business thinking skills such as cross-cultural management. Students will have the opportunity to learn professional knowledge with depth and breadth, both on theory and practice, and keep up with the economic situation. Various learning pedagogy are integrated, in form of lectures led by London political/economic experts and business elites, business visits and market research. This programme offers students opportunities to conduct research on business, economics and management with a global perspective, and stimulates students' comprehensive capabilities in research, presentation skills, innovative creative and logical thinking on a multicultural businessplatform. Students will work together to: Learn about effective business communication and interculturalcommunication. Get an insight into business operation on an internationalplatform. Gain experience in participating in the evaluation of technology-based industrial planning. Practiceand improve their profession Englishlanguage. Develop valuable professional skills in team building, leadership, and presentation.Work on a project withsupervisors.
COURSE DETAILS Duration: 40 learning hours spread over 8 weeks covering live lectures, tutorials, project work and self-study time. Delivery: Project work will be team-based learning with supervision. Final project will be presented in groups to a panel of experts on the last day of the programme.The entire programme will be delivered in English. Venue: Online Trainers: London business executives and LSE staff ENTRY REQUIREMENTS All studentsare expected to be studying an undergraduate degree at a well-recognised university in China. All studentsare also required to have a good command of English, and if it is not theirfirst language, theywill need to satisfy the College requirement as follows: a minimumscore of IELTS (Academic Test) 6.5 overall (with no lessthan 6.0 in any element)or equivalent. TOEFL (iBT) 92 overall (minimum 20 in allelements) CET- 4 (China)minimum score of550 CET- 6 (China)minimum score of520 CERTIFICATION Students will receive a verified digital certificate on successful completion of the programme. Each student will also receive a transcript for theirproject mark. COST The cost of the programme is 1200.
