3. Who was the first principal of PVHS?

4. Dee Ringstead was the founding principal of PVHS.

5. How many teachers were at Pioneer Valley the first year it was open?

6. There were only 44 teachers including Athletic Director, Psychologist, and Principals. Now we have 110!

7. What flags are hanging in the front of the school?

8. There are three flags hanging in front of PVHS: The American Flag, the State Flag of California, and the PVHS Flag.

9. There were several options for a mascot for PVHS. Besides Panther, what were the other options?

10. The three other choices for school mascot were bear, hawk, and wolf.

11. Who was the first Homecoming Queen?

12. The first homecoming was called Incoming in 2006-2007. The Queen was Gabby Gonzalez and the King was Kadin Espinoza. This is Jenna Leos, our 2013 Queen!
