Personal Fitness Notebook writing Prompts Provide substance to your responses.
Writing Prompt #1 (please write down the prompt in your workbook ) Your Concerns~ What s bugging you or stressing you out? What are the biggest stress factors in your life right now? Write about them and look at them. What steps can you take to easy your burden this year and make your life easier and more rewarding than it is now?
Writing Prompt #2 Your Health: How are you and your body getting along these days? What would you like to see change in your health, and how can you take steps to gradually make those changes? What are your goals for personal fitness? How do you plan on being successful towards those goals? Rate your workout for today on a scale of 1-5 (one being lazy, 5 being intense)
Writing Prompt #3 Think addition not subtraction. What can you add to your diet to make your diet healthier? Out of sight out of mind? Try the opposite- Keep fresh cut/cleaned veggies in the front of your fridge. What would this look like in your kitchen at home? Explain how you would put this into practice (what fruits/veggies do you like)
#4 Write down the Prompt What do you know about the benefits of exercise? List and explain as many benefits as you can come up with. Do you prefer getting active by playing team sports or individual ones? Which activities do you most enjoy? Least enjoy?
