  2. CONCEPT II ROWER Want to add your rowing to the Technogym app? You have two options 1. Connect a wearable device directly to the app. Click your profile > data and connections in the Technogym app. 2.Download the Concept II app (called ErgData) and share the information with the health app on your phone.   4. LONE TRAINING POLICY Members and The Guest House users must have completed an induction during supervised hours with a member of fitness staff. You are advised NOT to train alone in the gym outside of supervised hours (07:00 19:00). This is for your own safety in case of an accident or machine fault. Members are advised to train whilst the gym is supervised or with a training partner present. This is to minimise the risk of serious injury to yourself. Proceeding alone is at your own risk. Whilst training within the gym environment, please ensure you adhere to the following guidelines: Be sensible with your workout and train within your limits. Do not lift excessive free weights. Do not do high intensity cardio workouts that exceed your physical capabilities. Only use items of equipment and exercises that you have been inducted on and are familiar with. Ensure that you adhere to all safety guidelines and features, such as: Following the safety guidelines for all items of equipment The use of safety dead-kill straps on treadmills The use of catches on Smith Machines Keep a mobile phone near you in case of emergency If you are unsure on anything, then please ask the Fitness Staff LimeSt.Fitness@wtwco.com

  5. Please note lockers are only for use during a workout unless rented. Lockers will be checked daily and items removed will be kept in lost property. LimeSt.Fitness@wtwco.com

  12. BE CONSIDERATE TO OTHER GYM USERS Keep the gym clean. Always remove dirty and muddy trainers before entering the gym. Dirty trainers Always use a locker whilst working out and take all your items when you leave. Lockers Wipe equipment after each use with paper towel provided. Sweat Do not leave cups and litter behind. Use the litter bins provided. Cups and litter Put away weights or equipment after use. Don t drop them. Weights Be aware of others and don t spend too long on one piece of equipment or in the shower. Time Do not dispose of items in the shower otherwise you will bloke the drains.
