He should seek help from his Almighty Lord, Who created everything. He created man from a piece of blood and taught him reading and writing and all of the sciences and knowledge. The noble verses also showed that wrongdoers respond to graces and favors bestowed upon them by Allah by disobeying His commands. The more Allah's graces increase, the more rebellious the wrongdoer is, thinking that he will not be in need of his Lord. He forgets that Allah, glory be to Him, is more powerful than him, and that he will return to his Lord on the Day of Judgment, as was the case of Abu Jahl, who tried to prevent Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, from praying around the Ka'bah.
