The Experience and Involvement Strategy for Patients, Service Users, and Carers 2023-2025, led by Rose Hombo, Deputy Director of Quality & Quality Standards, aims to increase co-production around patient-centered issues. Through collaboration with patients, carers, governors, local patient organizations, and staff, the plan focuses on enabling patient voices at all levels, incorporating lived experience roles, utilizing patient feedback to enhance services, and promoting recovery and inclusion.   2. Trust Plans 2023-2024 The Trust plans cover 4 areas . The Patient Experience and Involvement plan is part of the plans to improve Quality. The other areas in the Trust plans are : Quality People Research Sustainability

  3. Patients, Carers, governors, local patient organisations and staff written the Experience and Involvement plan together. We have written a plan for the next 3 years The aim is to Increase co-production around issues that are important to patients. 2023-2026 This will need increased understanding from staff about what co- production means. We will measure how well we are reaching our aims.

  4. Aims Care is co-produced at all levels Patient voice is part of everything we do Enable lived experience roles at all levels within the Trust Use patients experience and feedback to improve services Promotion of Recovery and Inclusion

  5. How we will achieve the plan How we will achieve the plan Co-produce a project plan with service users, carers across the Trust . Development of information.

  6. How we will achieve the plan How we will achieve the plan Make sure that all staff know about the plan. Make sure all Teams understand what they need to do to achieve the plan. Reporting and monitoring in Trust Experience and Involvement Forum, Trust Quality Sub Committee and Trust Quality Committee
