  1. Remembering 2024

  2. The more things change, the more we need to depend upon those things that never change. Daniel Lapin

  3. A generation goes and a generation comes, But the earth stands forever. Also, the sun rises and the sun sets; And hastening (Ecclesiastes 1:4 11 LSB)

  4. Remembering 2024 The Word of God is unchanging and everlasting Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a love of the brothers without hypocrisy, fervently love one another from the heart, for you have been born again not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. (1 Peter 1:22 23 LSB)

  5. Remembering 2024 The World Cannot Dictate to Us How To Serve Our God We must not be of the world (Jn 17:14-16) We must not be friends with the world (Jas 4:4) We must not think like the world (Rom 12:1- 2)

  6. Remembering 2024 This is an Election Year We must be careful (Jude 8-9) But we must obey God at all times (Acts 4:17-18 Cf 5:28-29) Remember David s attitude regarding Saul

  7. So he said to his men, Far be it from me because of Yahweh that I should do this thing to my lord, the anointed of Yahweh,

  8. But David said to Abishai, Do not destroy him, for who can send forth his hand against the anointed of Yahweh and be withou (1 Samuel 26:9 11 LSB)

  9. Remembering 2024 Satan has always use fear as an instrument of destruction for the people of God and humanity as a whole Nature/Environmentalism/Climate Change Yahweh by wisdom founded the earth, By discernment He established the heavens. (Proverbs 3:19 LSB) (Prov 8:22-30) Nature has a purpose (Psa 115:14-18; Deut 10:14-15)

  10. Remembering 2024 Satan has always use fear as an instrument of destruction for the people of God and humanity as a whole Globalism God rules in the kingdoms of men (Dan 4:17) God has a purpose in separating Nations (Gen 11:1-8 Cf Acts 17:22-27)

  11. Remembering 2024 Satan Uses Sin As A Tool To Bring About Unfaithfulness Corruption Wicked men have always ruled nations Most, if not all of the Roman emperors were very corrupt and verywicked Yet Christians were commanded to pray for them (1 Tim 2:1-4)

  12. Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist have been appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists that authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of that authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same; for it is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword in vain, for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil. Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of that wrath, but also because of conscience. (Romans 13:1 5 LSB)

  13. But lest it spread any further among the people, let us warn them to speak no longer to any man in this name. And when they had summoned them, they commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus. (Acts 4:17 18 LSB) And when they had brought them, they stood them before the Sanhedrin. And the high priest questioned them, saying, We strictly commanded you not to continue teaching in this name, and yet, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and intend to bring this man s blood upon us. But Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men. (Acts 5:27 29 LSB)

  14. Remembering 2024 Satan Uses Sin As A Tool To Bring About Unfaithfulness Depravity The Corinthians were an example of the power of the gospel upon such practices

  15. Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God. (1 Corinthians 6:9 11 LSB)

  16. effeminate {malakos} soft, fancy, homosexual Effeminate by perversion But what did you go out to see? A man clothed in soft garments? Indeed those who are gorgeously appareled and live in luxury are in kings courts. (Luke 7:25 NKJV)

  17. Remembering 2024 Satan Uses Sin As A Tool To Bring About Unfaithfulness Depravity Sexual deviancy comes from idolatry (Rom 1:24-32) The Lord knows how to deliver the godly (2 Pet 4:11)

  18. Remembering 2024

  19. Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now commanding men that everyone everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He determined, having furnished proof to all by raising Him from the dead. (Acts 17:30 31 LSB)

  20. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. (1 Thessalonians 4:14 18 LSB)
