vulnerability and enhance adaptive capacity

institutions on sustainable land and water
management and climate resilient livelihoods

Assess vulnerability of livelihoods and impacts of
climate change on land suitability and use  at the
watershed scale

Promote tested SLM/W practices to build
resilience to climate risk

Strengthen diversified livelihood strategies
5.
Disseminate best practices

Mokitinyane Nthimo, a professional with a background in biology, fisheries management, and public & development management, has been actively involved in projects focusing on climate change adaptation and sustainable practices in Lesotho. Currently affiliated with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Nthimo's work includes strengthening capacities for climate change adaptation, implementing land and water management practices, and promoting diversified livelihood strategies to enhance resilience in mountain regions.
