Diversity can help us change our way of thinking and bring growth personally and as a team I agree...be willing to be vulnerable. It's hard, but it leads to greater understanding. Thank you all very much, this is a much needed meeting. Really couldn't have been a memo :) I appreciate you are willing to tackle the difficult topics and share how to approach them. Especially now, we need each other It is important to be receptive to new perceptions.
