Eco-Industrial Parks (EIPs) bring together manufacturing and service firms to improve environmental, economic, and social performance through collaboration. By sharing resources and goals, businesses can achieve collective benefits such as cost savings, added value services, tax breaks, and improved image. EIPs also facilitate knowledge transfer, innovation partnerships, and access to internal markets, offering a competitive advantage. Marketing strategies focus on showcasing benefits, including reduced costs and enhanced environmental practices, to attract firms despite slightly higher entry prices.
