  2. In the Works Enhance Iowa Website: www.enhanceiowa.com Targets Iowans who are looking for employment. View in-demand jobs in their local area through Career Coach. Gather information on local in-demand jobs then see education/training provided through their local community college that prepares them for employment in an in-demand IHUM industry. Directs visitors to contact admission offices & career pathway navigators at each college, leading to enrollment in IHUM signature programs.

Explain Enhance Iowa Guidelines for Marketing Teams document. Develop regional plan to market your signature programs to TAA- eligible, unemployed, underemployed and veterans based on best practices. Participate in monthly IHUM marketing meeting. Social Media Info: email pictures/updates on your scheduled week. Email news and updates: todd.oesterle@hawkeyecollege.edu

Open House / Mobile Booth- Displaying new equipment purchased for IHUM signature programs & distribute signature program handouts. Present Info to IowaWORKS Center At workshops and to employees. Career Fair Promote through Local Iowa Workforce Development. Dedicated IHUM Web Page Place on your college s website. Call to action for your efforts. Career Coach Get it up and running & promote it. Identify participant for testimonial. Explanation of how they benefit from IHUM signature programs.
