  2. Why? Post-School Outcomes Survey High Incidence: Will they be self-sufficient? Will they live full lives? Low Incidence: Will they have the support they need if their guardians are no longer able to care for them? Transition plans give students with disabilities the opportunity to be fully prepared for life after high school.

Activities: 1) Use the internet to find local schools that offer degrees in sports management, 2) List the admission requirements for each school, 3) Outline the courses needed to earn a degree at each school.

High Incidence Artie will apply to GA Vocational Rehab for services.
