The road, railway and airport are the key strategic infrastructure for any business. It also boarders the two water bodies, Manyame Dam and Lake Chivero the second largest, and deepest lake in the Zimbabwe. A source of water, food, materials as well as a room for recreation, commercial fishing, and tourism. It strives to make all opportunities an Asset to the populace of Norton.

The above women, men and youths have agreed to provide their labour and time. Council will advice and coordinate the project from inception to completion. PROJECT SUMMARY Provide an avenue for the local women, men and youths to support their own living in having access to basic services, and be self-reliant through earning their own income through the fish sales. Goals Raise the local cash flow among the unemployed women, men and youths 1. Mobilize women, men and youths to work together for common benefits 2. Objectives Show that marginalised and vulnerable women, men and youths are not a problem to the community but assets. 3.
PROJECT SUMMARY -Mobilize local community, experts and do awareness of the project -Planning and designing of the fish ponds -Purchasing of the materials for constructing the whole project -Inspection and certification by Fisheries experts -Construction of the whole project components -Monitoring of the pond water quality and final inspections by experts -Purchasing of the fish fingerlings (baby fish) and fish feed Activities -Transferring fingerlings into ponds, feeding and monitoring carefully -Negotiating for possible buyers or markets -Transferring of fish into sizes to different ponds -Start making sales to different buyers -Creating a bank account and keep the income to make the project a sustainable project by starting again and expanding the size of the project -Evaluating of the whole project and provide report to Norton town Council and Gender Links 1. Discuss with community leaders, fisheries authorities, possible markets or buyers, women, men youths and organizations involved to get written commitments to partake in where ever areas they will support. 2. Also we really need the funding to plan, prepare and implement the projects as planned so that its within the timeframe Action Needed

10. FUTURE Hyponoics. The project in the future will create more employment as we use the more modern viable method of producing vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers and peppers) as well as ornamental crops with added nutrients but without soil.
