Empowering Children and Young People through Local Alliance Group Funding
The Local Alliance Group, a governance group for Locality Partnership Sites, offers funding for projects aiming to improve outcomes for children and young people. Funding supports initiatives such as reducing suspensions/exclusions, improving attendance, and enhancing attainment at school. Applicants can apply for funding up to £3,000 for individual groups and up to £20,000 for consortium applications. The approval process involves a virtual panel review every 6 weeks. Projects must align with the group's goals, and successful applicants track and report outcomes to demonstrate impact.
