EAP offers free sessions and access to mental health professionals to help employees and their family members manage life challenges effectively, leading to a healthier and more productive work environment.

They tend to work well with others and deliver quality service.   4. What are the types of difficulties for which employees most often seek help?   5. How does the program work? Each employee is entitled to FREE sessions. Contact your HR department to find out how many sessions you are entitled to. These sessions can be used by you or by a family member who lives with you. You meet with a therapist to discuss the best course of action.   7. How does confidentiality work? Your employer does NOT know who attends counseling. It is against the law for us to tell them without a release of information signed by you. The counselor may not tell ANYONE what you talk about unless you give permission.   8. What can I expect when I call? You will reach a live person 98% of the time when you call between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday or between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Wednesday and Friday.   9. Where are you located and how can I contact you? Our main office is in Sellersville. We have an office in North Wales. We sub-contract with counselors in numerous counties for your convenience.
