Part A: Particulars of Applicant School Project Leader Responsible for the planning, administration and implementation of the proposed IT activities Act as the single point of contact with OGCIO Remarks If there is a change of project leader during the project implementation, please inform the Secretariat of Enriched IT Programme immediately. 3

  4. Part B: Application for the EITA (1) Section (a): Title of the Proposed Project Section (b): Beneficiaries Section (c): Project Brief Section (d): Project Deliverables Section (e): Budget and Income 4

Part B: Application for the EITA (2) Section (b): Beneficiaries It is preferable that students from other schools would be recruited to take part in the project Section (c): Project Brief Project Scope VR or AR or MR (VR+AR) Application Remarks For other IT Activities, supplementary sheets must be submitted to describe in details the project scope. 5
