  14. My experience As for me, I have chosen tracking because it is the most suitable way of managing my time and staying focused. Actually, for something to become truly habitual, you need to repeat it frequently and some time later this behavior will become automatic. My observations: a) For a long time my habit tracker has been hanging on a wall on a noticeable place, but recently I have moved it in my planer and my results have dropped. That is why I recommend you to set up your tracker above the desk and monitor the progress every day. b) A month later I deleted one habit from my tracker, because the results were satisfying. Well, I thought the habit had been formed but it did not. I had to write it down in the tracker again.

  17. The conclusion If it seems to you that you cannot manage to organize your day using these time management tips , then you are deeply mistaken. Definitely,it requires determination and discipline. Well, learn to allocate your time and then you will have time not only for studying, but also to meet with your friends and spend time with your family. One thing you cannot recycle is wasted time!
