  3. WHAT IS FEEDBACK REPORT? Is a report that is written after a function has taken place. Employees or students often attend or organize conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions or other events. It is common practice to give feedback after such events.

  4. WHY DO YOU WRITE THIS REPORT? To ascertain whether the function/event was a success and to have a written record of what improvements could be made in future.
