: It isn´t important for them and sometimes they don´t have any.
They eat sandwiches, pastries, yoghurt and cereals. They drink coffee or hot
chocolate.
 
Lunch
: They eat around 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The most famous  meal is
paella.
After lunch follows siesta when it is impolite to work.
 
Dinner
: They usually have dinner around 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Dinner is usually tortilla or gazpacho with bread. It isn´t as 
full
 as
lunch.

Breakfast is one of the three main meals, and in my opinion
skipping it could bad for their health.
 
Having dinner so late could be negative for their digestive system.

I feel like having siesta after lunch can be healthy because body

: You put some chicken and seafood or vegetable
to a pan with rise (onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers)
 and in the end you add some saffron.

 lemon and oil.

s an omelette of raw
 potatoes, eggs and onion. It is often served cold.
