Discovery training for industrial trades
This program by GRETA-CFA aims to address the shortage of skilled workers in the industrial sector of Saint-Malo and Dinan. With a focus on technical skills and knowledge acquisition, participants will undergo a comprehensive training program to prepare them for certified trades in industrial maintenance, electricity, refrigeration, and metallurgy. The curriculum includes basic skills enhancement, first aid training, and mobility development to facilitate access to certified training or employment opportunities.

Le GRETA-CFA GRETA is Public Institution Ministery of National Education training center that offers vocational and educational training to job seekers and employees We are also Dual Vocational Training Center since 2020
Origin of the project Diagnostic A lack of manpower, a low rate of unemployement in industrial sector Difficulties in recruiting people in training and also in business Unfilled job offers Many stereotypes: an unattractive sector An inconspicuous industrial sector : an image of tourist territory that hides the industrial reality Aging workers: a replacement need A need of skilled workers for business especially technicians.
Answer to the needs : discovery training in industrial professions General objective of the action Acquire the technical skills and knowledge necessary to pursue certifying training in trades in the industry sector : Industrial maintenance, electricity, refrigeration, metallurgy (welding and boilermaking) Operational objectives Acquire a professional attitude Basic skills upgrade (read, count, digital skills ) First aider at work Develop mobility skills Secure access to certified training or employment
