Finger Limes Finger Limes are a tiny citrus fruit that grows wild in Australia. The plant is a very thorny shrub or small tree that grows in the subtropical rainforest.
Finger Limes The interior pulp of a finger lime is often described as citrus pearls or citrus caviar The pulp is squeezed out from the center and has the pucker power of a lime.
Finger Limes To get the pulp, cut the finger lime in half and squeeze like you would the bottom of a tube of toothpaste.
