Cintas will be implementing a San/Jan program across divisions starting in January 2022. This program involves site surveys, product installations, and regular delivery schedules. All locations will transition to a single Drawdown PO controlled by Corporate for managing invoices and services. Uniform rentals will also be consolidated under this system.   1. Cintas San/Jan Effective Jan 2022 Effective January 2022, Cintas will begin doing site surveys to implement a San/Jan program across the division. Cintas representatives will begin conversations at active locations and schedule visits with non active locations. Site Survey will include the following discussions: San/Jan products setup and quantity required for auto delivery Paper towel and holder/dispenser Toilet paper and holder/dispenser Soap and dispensers Urinal cakes, and more NOTE: This program does not provide cleaning - only products Mats setup and quantity required for usage branded mats will be removed and non branded mats will be provided. All locations are required to have mats in heavy traffic areas. Locations with logo d mats are listed here. Once site surveys have been completed, products will begin to be installed/implemented and then set up on a regular delivery schedule. Billing for these products will be done on a corporate controlled drawdown PO for 2022. No local Cintas PO will need to be generated for this program. What is the program? For 2022, all locations will go to a single Drawdown PO controlled by Corporate. All Cintas services, including San/Jan and mat rentals will tie to this PO. Why is this important? Locations will be required to manage their invoices locally and ensure they are being provided the services noted on the invoice. Locations DO NOT receive on the PO. PO is controlled by Corporate. If errors on invoices, email Uniforms@hertz.com All locations. HLE, TNC, Airport, etc. If a location does not have service and wants to implement service, or for any questions related to the program, including invoicing, product increase/decrease, etc., email uniforms@hertz.com and the locations will be contacted. Who does this affect? Product availability through alternate suppliers will be removed throughout Q1 San/Jan should NOT be purchased on a T/E or PCard Pricing for the products is provided on the last slide of this deck Other factors to consider 1

Cintas Uniforms Jan 2022 Effective January 2022, Cintas rental uniforms will now go on a single Drawdown PO along with the San/Jan and Mats (bill back to locations will take place so it is important to review invoices at time of delivery). If a local 2022 Drawdown PO was created, it can be disregarded. Rental Uniforms Active for Mechanics/Maintenance employees Reminder: VSA attire is provided via the purchase program on HertzWorkz/Twinhill. See Uniforms site for details Employees are provided with 11 tops and 11 bottoms (FT. PT will receive less) Tops are long sleeve or short sleeve Bottoms are pants or shorts 6 will be provided up front and during scheduled visits, dirty items will be replaced with clean items Active locations with Uniforms can be located here What is the program?
